We are seeking a skilled Exchange Server Administrator with strong knowledge of Exchange Server 2019 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Exchange Server environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and support our users effectively.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Exchange Server 2019, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Server.
- Implement and manage email policies, security measures, and backup solutions.
- Provide technical support to users and resolve Exchange-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Exchange with other systems and applications.
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to the Exchange setting.
- Stay updated with the latest Exchange Server features and best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Exchange Server 2019.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving Exchange-related issues.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange management.
- Understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3) and security practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Office 365 and hybrid Exchange environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of email archiving and compliance solutions.
- Certifications related to Microsoft Exchange or ITIL.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in managing Exchange Server environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
