Supply Chain Manager

Location: Sri City, Andhra Pradesh | On-site | Full time | Starts January 2027

About the role

We are looking for a structured, commercially minded supply chain qualified to manage end-to-end supply chain operations at our Sri City manufacturing facility. The Supply Chain Manager oversees procurement, inventory, inbound logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure uninterrupted material flow for production in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

- Source, qualify, and manage suppliers for raw materials, components, and indirect goods; negotiate contracts, pricing, and lead times with local and international vendors
- Maintain the approved vendor list in compliance with ISO 13485 supplier control requirements
- Manage inventory levels to ensure production continuity; implement and maintain replenishment systems (Kanban, min-max, MRP)
- Coordinate inbound freight from domestic and international suppliers including customs clearance; manage sea, air, and road transport relationships and costs




- Align material availability with production schedules; identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and lead time variances
- Ensure supply chain documentation meets ISO 13485 and regulatory traceability requirements; support supplier audits, non-conformance investigations, and CAPAs

What we're looking for

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5–8+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management — at least 2 years in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of procurement and inventory management in medical device or pharma manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with Indian import/export regulations, customs procedures, and freight logistics
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems for materials planning
- Understanding of ISO 13485 supplier qualification and control requirements
- Professional proficiency in English required
- Proficiency in Telugu and/or Tamil required
