Title: Cylinder management executive

Experience: Min 4 years

Note: Candidate must have exp in Cylinder logistics or Distribution.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring/Analysis of Tonner Dashboard: Track and monitor end-to-end rotation of Chlorine Tonner and Hydrogen Manifold; Prepare cluster-wise empty tonner availability report and share with Logistics / CSO team; Circulate daily/monthly Tonner & Manifold MIS reports to Marketing, Logistics, CSO, and Sr. Management
- Unit-wise Tonner Records Update: Maintain customer-wise / region-wise / unit-wise tonner inventory records; Ensure all Tonners/Manifolds are tagged with RFID and tracked in an online system; Prepare and circulate monthly inventory reports to Zonal Heads, Logistics, CSO, and Management
- Inter-Unit Tonner Movement (Avoid Shortage): Manage Tonners as shared company assets across units; Plan and execute inter-unit tonner/manifold movement for smooth production; Ensure availability of empty tonners at required plants in a cost-effective way
- Improve Tonner Turn-Around Time (TAT): Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports with:



Zone-wise / Customer-wise Tonner Ageing; HT Due tonners; Track customer-wise tonner availability and coordinate with Logistics & CSO for lifting; Follow up with Tonner Chasers for timely utilization and return of empty tonners; Reduce holding time at customer site; Manage tonner movement during plant shutdowns with Marketing & Logistics
- Coordination with Tonner Chasers: Collect and verify daily customer site inventory reports from Tonner Chasers; Deploy chasers to customer locations as required; Review reports and share feedback with Marketing / Logistics / CSO for action
- Chlorine Safety Seminars & Compliance: Plan and conduct customer safety audits with Zonal/Site teams; Ensure compliance with chlorine & hydrogen safety regulations and update SOPs; Organize and manage Chlorine Safety Seminar calendar
- Reporting Support to Head Tonner/Manifold Logistics: Prepare and share Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports; Support review meetings with Zonal Heads and Sr. Management
- Stakeholder Management & Market Intelligence: Maintain ground-level connection with customers; Track chlorine trucks availability across suppliers at customer sites; Share market intelligence insights with the Marketing team
