Your Responsibilities: The role focuses on partnering with business leaders to drive people development, talent management, learning initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP acts as a strategic advisor, aligning people strategies with business goals while strengthening capability, performance, and culture.

Lead our regional people-development agenda end-to-end—designing structured learning journeys from early career to leadership readiness, and closing critical technical/behavioral skill gaps across India, SEA, and MEA in tight partnership with People Leads and CC Leads.

Your Experience and Skills:

- 3+ years of real HRBP depth applied to people development, knowledge of succession planning
- Hands-on builder

- Nice-to-have - Experience integrating capability data with staffing or BI, - Exposure to consulting environments.
