The Team

Our PI team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering:

- Performance improvement via cost reduction, operational improvements and revenue growth programs
- Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
- Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance

How You Will Contribute We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals for our Performance Improvement team. You will be working in driving performance improvement projects focused on various domains including Supply Chain and operations, Procurement, G&A;,PMO as well as Commercial Excellence engagements. You will collaborate with global partners to develop and implement innovative solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives.

- Conduct basic data assessments and analyse financial and operational data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.




- Leverage advanced analytical and BI capabilities like Alteryx, PowerBI for data assessments as well as excel and powerpoint
- Help drive insights from data analytics, helping make client ready presentations
- Support functional improvement programs, e.g. Help design and implement strategies to improve cash flow, reduce inventory levels, and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes; Assist in executing procurement processes, including sourcing and vendor management, while helping to optimize supply chain functions.; Support the planning processes, including demand and supply forecasting, inventory management, and logistics coordination.; Driving pricing and commercial excellence improvements to improve revenues; G&A; and support function analytics
- Work closely with team members and clients to understand business needs, contribute to project execution, and maintain solid relationships for ongoing support.
