Subject Matter Expert - Biology | Grades 6–10Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana | Full-Time

Job OverviewWe are seeking a professional Subject Matter Expert in Biology to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training and special projects. The ideal candidate will manage, design, develop, coordinate, and conduct large- or small-scale training programs in schools, including subject classes and product presentations.

Key Responsibilities

- Map out sessions and class plans; design and develop training programs.
- Choose appropriate training methods based on requirements, including simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development sessions.
- Apply established educational principles and stay updated with new training methods and techniques.
- Design and prepare educational aids and learning materials.
- Maintain an updated curriculum database and training records.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for internal and external faculty.
- Conduct Biology classes for students in Grades 6–10.
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.





Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate/educational setting.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web-delivery tools.
- Ability to manage the complete training cycle — assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate.
- Familiarity with traditional and up-to-date teaching methods and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc., B.Ed. (Mandatory), M.Sc.
- Experience: 3–5 years.
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
