We are looking for passionate, result-oriented, and student-focused counselors to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS Abroad and other Study Abroad programs.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and budget to recommend suitable universities.
- Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Conduct follow-up calls and counseling sessions to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain admission eligibility, tuition fees, scholarships, visa procedures, accommodation, and living expenses.
- Assist students throughout the complete admission process, including documentation, university application, visa assistance, and pre-departure support.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Coordinate with admissions, documentation, visa, and marketing teams.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with university admission requirements, visa regulations, and NMC guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in MBBS Abroad or Study Abroad counseling.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong counseling, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.

Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Probation Period
- Probation Duration: 2 Months
- During the probation period, your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Attendance and punctuality
- Communication and counseling skills
- Lead handling and follow-up
- CRM updates and work discipline
- Admission conversions
- Overall professionalism and target achievement
- Employment will be confirmed only if your performance meets the company's expectations during the probation period.
- If the required performance standards are not met, the company reserves the right not to confirm the employment or to discontinue the employment during or at the end of the probation period, as per company policy.
