Position Overview

Lovely Sweets is currently seeking a highly organized, dependable,



and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team remotely from India. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling complete bookkeeping and finance-related functions for all company divisions and restaurant locations. This role requires strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical abilities, and the capability to manage financial records across multiple business operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with management remotely during Mountain Standard Time (MST) working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records for all business entities and locations.
- Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, payroll entries, and journal entries.
