We are hiring for a Business Analyst. This job may require you to work in Shifts including Morning/Evening and can have Night Shifts also
JD:
- Efficiently conduct analysis and prioritize tasks to meet deadline
- Collaborate with the stakeholders
- Interpret, evaluate, and analyze facts and information required for providing logical solutions.
- Well versed with Agile Methodology
- Create and maintain documents and reports to share requirements and metrics. Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct tests to ensure requirements are met as per the expectation.
- Valuable understanding of PII data and protect data to which they have access.
- Bachelors Degree and equivalent industry experience in Information System /Business Analytics or Data Analysis.
- Strong verbal andx written communication.
- Proven experience in identifying issues and developing solutions that enhance data analysis processes and outcomes.
- Experience working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including Python, XML, Json, and MS office.
- Sound knowledge of US Mortgage industry, mortgage documents and processes will be added advantage.
- 2+ year of work experience as an Analyst or equivalent.
