Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fresher HVAC Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
- Make customer calls and conduct field visits to generate sales leads.
- Visit contractors, consultants, builders, architects, facility managers, and end customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable HVAC products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support senior sales team members in customer meetings and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer information, sales reports, and daily activity reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, installation, and service requirements.
- Keep updated on HVAC products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and products is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in HVAC sales.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
