We are looking for an experienced MIS Manager for our Plant Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for managing plant MIS, production reports, inventory data, material consumption, wastage analysis, and management dashboards. The role requires strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly plant MIS reports.
- Track and analyze production, productivity, downtime, wastage and efficiency.
- Prepare reports on raw material consumption, stock, finished goods and dispatches.
- Manage and monitor ERP-based plant data, including production, inventory, material consumption, dispatch and related MIS reports.
- Monitor production vs. plan and highlight variances to management.
- Prepare material consumption and wastage analysis.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Accounts teams for data collection and validation.
- Maintain accurate records of plant production and inventory data.
- Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.




- Analyze operational dta and provide insights on cost, productivity and process efficiency.
- Track key plant KPIs and prepare variance and trend analysis.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all plant MIS reports.
- Develop and improve Excel-based reporting formats and automated MIS systems.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by Plant Head / Management.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual reporting and improve data accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS databases.

Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF formulas, dashboards, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Plant MIS and Production Reporting.
- Positive understanding of inventory, production and material consumption data.
- Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of VBA/Macros and report automation preferred.
