Sales Manager – Solar Industry

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a solid background in the Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector, including Solar Pumps, Solar Rooftop Systems, Solar Street Lights, and EPC Projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, government departments, consultants, and end customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.




- Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Travel extensively to develop business and support regional sales activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the Solar Industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of Solar Pumps, Solar Rooftop Projects, Solar Street Lights, and Renewable Energy Solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop business strategies and execute them effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
