Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift management
- Manage team schedules, performance, and motivation during shifts
- Monitor cost control, wastage, and inventory handling
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
- Lead by example and support team members in achieving outlet targets

Desired Candidate Profile
- Age: 21-35 years




- Open to work in rotational shifts (per industry standards)
- Strong communication & people management skills
- Keen to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a fast-paced environment

Education:
- Hotel Management fresher OR
- Any graduate with relevant QSR/Restaurant/Retail industry experience
