Job Description - Marketing Executive / Management TraineePosition Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive / Management Trainee with a strong interest in marketing, sales, client engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), CRM, market research, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze customer/consumer insights to identify business opportunities.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns and lead qualification activities.
- Assist in developing customized marketing and sales strategies for B2B/SaaS clients.
- Support lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, campaign briefs, reports, and marketing performance dashboards.
- Coordinate with sales, consulting, and account management teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing account penetration and client engagement strategies.




- Analyze campaign and sales data using Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Support digital marketing and integrated marketing communication activities.
- Contribute to business growth through innovative marketing and sales solutions.
- Maintain skilled communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills
