- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of:

- Gym
- Business Lounge
- Deli
- Staff Areas
- Service Areas

Linen Management
- Manage linen inventory.
- Monitor laundry quality.
- Maintain par stock.
- Control linen losses.

Housekeeping Operations
- Prepare daily work schedules.
- Allocate room attendants.
- Conduct shift briefings.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs.

Inventory Management
- Manage housekeeping chemicals.
- Control guest amenities.
- Maintain housekeeping equipment.




- Conduct monthly inventory.

Quality Assurance
- Perform daily inspections.
- Maintain luxury presentation standards.
- Conduct quality audits.
- Monitor guest feedback related to housekeeping.

Guest Services
- Handle special guest requests.
- Coordinate lost found.
- Arrange extra beds, baby cots and special amenities.

Team Management
- Recruit and train housekeeping associates.
