Role Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, consultative Business Development Associate (BDA) to accelerate our corporate market expansion. In this role, you will focus entirely on B2B client acquisition, identifying and engaging key institutional decision-makers such as Hospital Administrators, Chief Medical Officers, HR Directors, and Clinical Operations Leaders. As a BDA at Stimuli IQ, you will act as a strategic advisor, matching our comprehensive healthcare education portfolios with the workforce development and compliance needs of medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Campaign Execution

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and participation in our programs.

Develop and implement student-focused campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Coordinate with the content and creative teams to execute campaign requirements.

Identify relevant student communities, colleges, clubs, and organizations for outreach.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and conversion data.

2. Sales & Student Acquisition

Manage leads generated through marketing campaigns, workshops, college outreach, and other channels.
