ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can drive new business, manage strategic accounts, and expand our presence across Cement, Steel, Automotive, Heavy Engineering & Defence Logistics.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong B2B transportation/logistics network and proven experience in handling large industrial clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate and convert new B2B business opportunities
• Manage and grow 3–5+ major client accounts
• Build relationships with Logistics Heads, Procurement Managers & Operations Heads
• Drive FTL,



Bulk Cargo & Automotive Line Feeding business
• Develop business across Cement, Steel, Automotive, Heavy Engineering & Defence sectors
• Prepare and negotiate RFIs, RFQs, commercial proposals & contracts
• Track regional transportation market rates and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fleet operators, brokers, vendors and internal operations teams
• Maintain sales pipeline, client accounts and business development reports
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer retention

INDUSTRY EXPERTISE REQUIRED

Experience in one or more of the following:

Cement | Steel | Automotive | Heavy Engineering | Defence Logistics | FTL | Bulk Cargo | Line Feeding (JIT)

Strong knowledge of Bulker Tankers, Open-Body Trucks, Trailers, Closed Containers, LCVs, 20ft/24ft/32ft SXL & MXL vehicles will be highly preferred.
