Drive continuous improvement opportunities for Sales Compensation Admin. area for both onshore and offshore processes.

Work in close coordination with Sales, Service, Stateside GOSC teams

Design new process to support products/metrics

Responsibilities
Continuous Improvement
- Identify right methodology/approach for projects.
- Re-baseline the metrics
Process Reengineering
- Create process map and value stream map for new product modify existing processes that may not be working appropriately.
- Design right metrics to gage process health for different areas.
- Identify automation opportunities.
Data analysis
- Not In Good Order analysis for offshore
- Re-baselining of metrics
