TESCRA India is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant - Testing (SDET - II) with a strong background in Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end performance testing activities. This role requires hands-on experience in scripting, execution, bottleneck analysis, and providing actionable performance tuning recommendations to development teams. The candidate will also be responsible for stakeholder management, test data and environment coordination, and driving the overall performance testing lifecycle of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle end-to-end performance testing activities, including test planning, scripting, execution, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using various tools, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.




- Conduct in-depth bottleneck analysis and provide detailed test reports with clear findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify performance issues and guide them on performance tuning strategies.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate test data and test environment setup and management to ensure testing readiness.
- Actively participate in daily and weekly review meetings, contributing to project discussions and decision-making.
- Drive performance assessment, test strategy, and test reporting meetings, ensuring the successful execution of the performance testing lifecycle.
- Document lessons learned and implement industry best practices to enhance process maturity and quality improvement.
- Implement CI/CD processes using Jenkins/Azure pipelines for automated performance testing integration.
