Role Summary

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are looking for a Director, Commercial Solutions talent to join our Digital and Technology team.

The Director, Commercial Solutions will provide strategic leadership for the Commercial Digital & Technology function within Regeneron's Global Capability Center. This role will be responsible for building and scaling commercial technology capabilities, delivering creative digital, data, analytics, and AI-powered solutions, and acting as a strategic partner to global commercial and technology leaders.

The successful candidate will lead the delivery of business-aligned technology solutions that support customer engagement, commercial operations, sales and marketing effectiveness, market access, patient services, commercial analytics, and omnichannel capabilities. This position requires a combination of commercial domain expertise, enterprise technology leadership, organizational development experience,



and the ability to influence senior collaborators across a global matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Commercial Digital & Technology organization within the Global Capability Center while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, collaboration, and high performance.
- Build and expand commercial technology capabilities through strategic hiring, onboarding, talent development, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Partner with global commercial, digital, and technology leaders to define and implement technology strategies aligned to business priorities and commercial growth objectives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial technology programs across architecture, engineering, data, analytics, and business applications using Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
