Duties & responsibilities
- Understand business and ensures there is integration between business
and technology
- Work closely with the operations and technical teams and is a major
contributor to the requirements specification deliverable
- Support the account director to drive Annual account plan across various
function
- Drive and track India level KPI’s for the account
- Support the IFM team in driving change management on major projects
and become a single point of contact for operational related updates to
the client
- Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various
databases and data interpretation
- Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future
standard
- Data custodian & controller for all strategic decisions
- Trend analysis and aligning with account management team
- Technology Tools including Helpdesk – Trending and Analytics
- Deliver output files for reports and dashboards
- Managing transition of Technology tools between Global and Local teams
