Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Group Head – E-commerce
to lead e-commerce media planning, execution, and performance across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across
Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Quick Commerce platforms
, along with the ability to develop media strategies, drive business outcomes, manage client relationships, and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce media strategies aligned with client business and sales objectives.
- Plan and manage campaigns across
Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms
.
- Translate business objectives into effective media plans, campaign structures, budgets, and KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve visibility, consideration, conversions,



and sales on marketplace platforms.

Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Hands-on execution and management of
Amazon Ads campaigns
, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other relevant ad formats.
- Plan and execute
Flipkart Ads campaigns
across relevant advertising formats.
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns across
Quick Commerce platforms
such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, placements, and audiences to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, sales, conversions, CTR, CPC, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Ensure effective budget allocation across platforms based on performance and business priorities.
