Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Head (Founder's Office), based in New Delhi. You will be the most senior operational person in the studio below the founders — the main point of contact across design, clients, and production. This role is primarily furniture-centric — you must have deep knowledge of bespoke furniture design, materials, finishes, and production.

You'll lead all designers, own client relationships end to end, support pre and post sales processes, and liaise with production, QC, and procurement to ensure delivery standards are met. This is not a passive management role — we need someone who leads with ownership, passion,



and accountability every single day.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years in luxury bespoke furniture and interiors — with a strong portfolio in furniture-heavy projects
- Deep knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, joinery, upholstery, and production processes — you understand how pieces are actually made
- Proven experience leading a design team — setting direction, reviewing work, maintaining quality standards
- Solid client-facing skills — comfortable in rooms with HNI clients, able to handle briefings, presentations, difficult conversations, and closing
- Involvement in pre-sales and post-sales — from lead handling and client pitches to post-delivery follow-up and relationship management
- Working understanding of production and manufacturing — you don't need to be on the factory floor but you know when something is off
- Excellent communication in both Hindi and English
- Self-driven, accountable, and passionate about craft — this role is not for someone who needs hand-holding
- Based in Delhi NCR, comfortable with travel to Goa
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required
