Role Description The Student Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the consultant advises students on suitable courses, universities, and countries based on their academic background, interests, and financial considerations. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission and visa requirements, assisting with application documentation, and tracking each student’s progress throughout the process.

The consultant responds to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone calls, and email, while maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams, staying updated on changing immigration and university regulations, and delivering a professional and empathetic experience to every student.

Qualifications

Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable academic and immigration options.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple student cases, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) to manage student data and follow-up activities.Knowledge of overseas education systems and student visa processes; prior experience in education consulting or immigration services is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, such as Arts, Commerce, Management, or related fields; higher qualifications are welcome.Commitment to ethical practices, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset in all interactions.
