Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Structural Engineer role based in Jaipur.

The Structural

Engineer will perform structural analysis and calculations for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing structural designs, preparing drawings and details using CAD software, and coordinating with civil engineers, architects, and project managers. The role also involves reviewing project specifications, supporting site teams with technical guidance, and updating design documents as projects evolve.

Engineer will contribute to quality assurance, risk assessment, and the overall safety and durability of structures.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with practical understanding of building systems and materials.
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Calculations for various structural elements and load conditions.
- Ability to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing accurate structural drawings and details.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills for design and on-site challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Experience with structural design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, or similar) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in residential and commercial projects in an engineering or consulting environment is beneficial.
