- Role: Structural Design Engineering Manager
- Location: L&T; Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam)

## Responsibilities

- Structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings.
- Design RCC and steel structures using ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro .
- Prepare calculations, reports, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes and international standards.
- Support project execution and design optimization.
- Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues.

## Requirements

- 7 – 15 years of experience in high-rise building design.
- Hands-on expertise in ETABS, SECURE, and STAAD.Pro .
- Solid knowledge of IS codes and international practices.
- Experience in handling large projects.
