Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store operations and lead the store team.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and overall team performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock receiving, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand standards.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Train and develop team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail role.
- Experience in the fashion/lifestyle retail industry preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of sales and customer service.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
