Responsibilities of Store Incharge The Store Incharge shall be responsible for: Receiving incoming materials. Verifying quantity and quality of received goods. Maintaining inventory records. Proper storage and identification of materials.
Issuing materials as per authorized requisitions. Maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels. Coordinating with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Accounts departments. Conducting physical stock verification every month end.
Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards. Preventing stock loss, damage, and theft.
