Key Responsibilities Attend customers promptly and professionally. Assist customers in selecting the right products. Explain ongoing offers, promotions and schemes. Maintain proper product arrangement and shelf presentation.
Replenish products from the backroom whenever required. Check expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO. Report damaged, missing, expired or slow-moving products to the supervisor. Support stock-taking and inventory activities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned floor area. Support other departments during peak hours as instructed. Follow grooming, uniform, attendance and discipline standards. Contribute to achieving store sales and customer-service objectives.
