Staff Visual Designer (UI & Motion Designer)

About the Role We are looking for a Staff Visual & Motion Designer to elevate the aesthetic and interactive quality of our mobile and web platforms. In the B2C consumer tech space, micro-interactions and visual polish are critical to user delight. You will act as a bridge between static UI and frontend implementation, bringing interfaces to life through sophisticated motion design, Lottie animations, and pixel-perfect visual components.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the visual design language across the product ecosystem, ensuring a premium, trustworthy, and modern aesthetic.

- Conceptualize and create highly engaging micro-interactions, seamless page transitions, and complex UI animations.

- Develop scalable motion design guidelines to be incorporated into the core Design System.





- Export and optimize animations using Lottie/JSON for seamless integration by iOS, Android, and Web engineering teams.

- Collaborate directly with Lead Product Designers and Product Managers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.

Required Tech Stack & Qualifications

- Design Tools: Mastery of Figma, including advanced prototyping and component architecture.

- Motion & Animation: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Principle, Protopie, and the Lottie ecosystem.

- Visual Assets: Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for iconography and illustration manipulation.

- Portfolio Requirement: A stellar portfolio demonstrating high-end visual design and specifically showcasing production-ready motion design/micro-interactions in shipped consumer apps.
