We are seeking experienced Accountants to join our team on a fully remote basis. Candidates must be able to work U.S. business hours and have solid expertise in QuickBooks and U.S. tax return preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and file U.S. tax returns in compliance with IRS regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform general ledger functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
- Maintain timely and accurate financial records across multiple entities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- QuickBooks experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and corporate finance principles.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance (a plus).
- Experience supporting financial audits.
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while coordinating remotely.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in multi-entity or multi-business accounting.
- At least 2 years of skilled accounting experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
