About the Role

Synthesis Media & Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Senior Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing brand accounts, creating engaging content, coordinating with creative teams, and tracking campaign performance.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, current trends, content formats, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and manage monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
- Develop creative content ideas, post concepts, captions, hooks, and campaign themes.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, writers, and other internal teams to deliver content on time.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and other business objectives.
- Work closely with clients/stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop suitable social media strategies.
- Monitor social media performance using platform insights and analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations.




- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and overall social media performance.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, platform features, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Management.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Good understanding of social media strategy, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging content ideas.
- Experience in handling multiple social media accounts or clients.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and other teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a digital marketing agency, media agency, advertising agency, or B2B environment.
- Experience handling client communication
- Knowledge of tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Understanding of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a plus. (Not mandatory)
