Senior Officer - Sales

Location: Jaipur Compensation: 7–8 LPA Notice Period: 15 to 30 Days Total Openings: 5 Positions (2 Commercial, 3 Residential)

Job Summary The Senior Sales Officer is responsible for driving higher conversion and revenue performance by effectively managing customer interactions, guiding prospects through the buying journey, and ensuring a transparent and ethical sales process. The role focuses on achieving project sales targets, maintaining high CRM data accuracy, and handling complex customer situations and disputes.

Key Requirements & Profile

- Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Sales.
- Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills with solid business acumen.
- Technical: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, presentable personality,



problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to ethical selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide prospects through consultative selling and strong product knowledge to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Convert site visits into bookings while managing complex customer interactions and dispute resolution.
- Build trust through transparent, ethical communication and ensure zero mis-selling.
- Update customer interactions, pipelines, and sales activity accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with admin, CRM, and hospitality teams to maintain site visit readiness and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
