Roles & Responsibilities:

· Responsible to plan, schedule, organize and execute the waterproofing works and other related activities at project site.

· To coordinate with Client, HO Team and other relevant departments to ensure smooth working at site.

· Supervision and coordination of work force at site.

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force

· Ensuring that all materials used and work performed as per norms

· Work Progress Maintaining as per schedule given to client

· Material & Labour Cost Control

· Monthly Labour wages sheet and vouchers has to be submitted by 1st week of every month

· Labour register with Photo ID, Signatory, Village and City address to be maintain at site

· Monitoring daily Consumption entries





· Daily Consumption details to be send via Whatsapp in prescribed format

· Monitoring DPR Every alternate day

· Maintaining joint records with client for execution of work

· Monitoring of gate pass work for Material and Machine

· Issuing client supply material and maintaining joint record

· Preparing the checklist of site work & getting it signed with highlighting it on drawing etc.

· Daily work permit from client

· Control material consumption as per norms

Requirements

Ø Education – B.E Civil Engineering / Diploma - Civil Engineering

Ø 2 to 5 Year of Experience

Salary up to Rs. 10 lac pa depending on experience and present salary
