1.Capable of Managing Process Engineering with extensive experience in process design and Operation Management.
- Hands on experience on erection and commissioning of plants - Fatty Acid Fractional Distillation, Glycerine Distillation, Soap Finishing line, Soap Cutter, Soap noodlesand Stearic Acid.
- Understand Process Design & Engineering for Oleo Chemical Plan.
- Understands all Pre-commissioning activities.
- Create technical sheets for pumps, vessels, separators, control valves, packing, instruments, and other critical equipment such as PHE and shell & tube heat exchangers
- Ensure that project is complete and ready for commissioning as per schedule
- Develop Process Flows and Technical annexures.
- Check layout drawings for operational and safety aspects, ensuring compliance.
- Capable of production scheduling and compliance adherence.
