Role Description: The AGM / DGM – Production (TOPCon Solar Cell Manufacturing) role is a full time, on-site position based in Gopalpur Industrial Park (GIP), Odisha. The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end production operations for TOPCon solar cells, including planning daily output, managing production lines, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Day-to-day work includes coordinating shift activities, monitoring process parameters, resolving production issues, and collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.

The role involves implementing standard operating procedures, driving continuous process improvement, and supporting scale-up of new technologies and products. The position also includes team leadership tasks such as mentoring supervisors, managing workforce allocation, and reporting key performance indicators to senior management.

Experience: 12+ Years in Solar Cell Manufacturing, with a minimum of 3~5 years of hands-on TOPCon solar cell manufacturing experience (mandatory)

Role Overview: Lead end-to-end production operations for TOPCon solar cell manufacturing, with responsibility for plant ramp-up, process optimization, yield improvement, operational excellence,



manufacturing efficiency, and overall production performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead TOPCon solar cell production operations to achieve targets for yield, quality, throughput, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Drive greenfield project execution, equipment commissioning, production ramp-up, and line stabilization.
- Optimize key cell manufacturing processes, including wafer cleaning, diffusion, passivation, and metallization.
- Improve critical manufacturing KPIs such as OEE, yield, cycle time, scrap, productivity, and cost per watt.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, process optimization, and corrective actions for production and quality issues.
- Collaborate closely with R&D;, Engineering, Quality, and Technology teams to support technology transfer, process development, and large-scale production.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing production and technical teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in solar cell manufacturing.
- 3~5+ years of hands-on experience in TOPCon solar cell manufacturing – mandatory.
- Strong technical and operational exposure to TOPCon, PERC, and HJT technologies.
- Proven expertise in production leadership, plant commissioning, ramp-up, and line stabilization.
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, yield enhancement, defect reduction, and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, OEE, RCA, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.
- Excellent leadership, team building, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
