SR. HR MANAGER –

Reporting To: General Manager / HR Head / Management
Job Location: Bhimadole
Experience: 8–12 Years, preferably in Manufacturing / Food Processing / Agro / Solvent / Export Industry
- Job Purpose
Responsible for managing the complete HR and administration functions of the plant, ensuring effective manpower planning, employee relations, attendance and payroll processes, statutory compliance, recruitment, performance management, discipline and implementation of company HR policies.
- Key ResponsibilitiesA. HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the plant.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, joining and exit documentation.
- Monitor attendance, biometric systems, shifts, leave and overtime.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Handle employee grievances and HR-related issues.
- Implement HR policies, procedures and company rules.
B. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Prepare manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Manage recruitment, interviews, selection and onboarding.
- Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters and joining formalities.
- Maintain manpower and vacancy reports.
- Develop suitable manpower plans for production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, administration and other departments.
C. Plant HR & Employee Relations
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Issue and maintain records of memos, warnings, show-cause notices and other disciplinary actions.
- Conduct employee meetings and grievance-resolution discussions.
- Promote employee discipline, workplace conduct and professional behavior.
- Coordinate worker/staff welfare activities.
D. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity and other applicable compliances.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Coordinate with labour department, PF/ESI officials and external consultants when required.
- Ensure contractor labour documentation and statutory compliance.
E. Time Office & Payroll
- Monitor biometric attendance and attendance registers.
- Verify shift timings, late coming, early leaving, absenteeism and overtime.
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation with Accounts.
- Verify salary inputs, deductions, incentives, overtime and leave adjustments.
- Ensure salary processing within the approved timeline.
F. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation and confirmation processes.
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Track employee performance and identify training requirements.
- Support department heads in performance improvement and manpower productivity.
G. Training & Development
- Identify training requirements for staff and workers.
- Coordinate induction and safety/HR orientation programmes.
- Maintain training records.
- Develop employee skill-development initiatives.
H. Administration
- Supervise plant administration activities.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, hostel and employee welfare facilities, as applicable.
- Coordinate with security and administration teams.
- Ensure proper implementation of plant rules and safety-related administrative requirements.
I. MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR MIS reports.
- Submit manpower, attendance, absenteeism, attrition, recruitment and payroll reports.
- Provide management with HR analytics and workforce-related recommendations.
- Maintain accurate HR databases and documentation.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations and plant HR.

- MS Excel, HRMS and biometric attendance systems.
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing plant environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
