We are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Consultant / Fashion Consultant to join our Hyderabad retail team, someone who brings a refined understanding of luxury and craftsmanship to every client interaction.

About the Role

As a Senior Fashion Consultant / Fashion Consultant at Elahé, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through our curated designer collections. This role calls for a solid fashion sensibility, an appreciation for fine craftsmanship, and the ability to deliver mindful, dedicated service at every stage of the client relationship.

What you'll own

- Understand client preferences and guide them toward the right pieces with considered, personal styling advice




- Develop and maintain strong, long-standing client relationships
- Ensure the store is well-presented and merchandising standards are consistently met
- Work closely with the team to keep store operations running smoothly
- Stay current on collections and designer stories to advise clients knowledgeably
- Assist with fittings, alterations, and after-sales support

What you bring

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury or multi-designer retail
- A genuine passion for fashion, with a strong understanding of Indian luxury brands and designers
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English; regional languages are a plus
- A warm, confident personality with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-end clients
- Strong sales acumen, with a commitment to achieving targets
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
