Role Description The Sr Field Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for frontline and field roles, ensuring that staffing needs are met on time and with high-quality talent. This full time, on-site position based in Meerut involves managing the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offers and onboarding. The role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, local agencies, and community partners to create effective talent pipelines.

The Sr Field

Recruiter will track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate documentation,



and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. The role also involves continuously improving recruitment processes, advocating for candidates, and supporting employer branding initiatives at the local level.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong field recruitment and hiring skills, including end-to-end recruitment management for blue-collar and frontline roles.
- Candidates should possess stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, agencies, and local partners.
- Candidates should possess candidate sourcing and screening skills, including use of local networks, job portals, social media, referrals, and community outreach.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Candidates should possess data management and reporting skills, including maintaining recruitment trackers, analyzing hiring metrics, and preparing regular updates.

- Relevant experience in field or volume hiring, particularly in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or related industries, is highly beneficial.
