Role Description

This is a full time WFH role for a Senior AR Caller based in Chennai. The Senior AR Caller will be responsible for handling accounts receivable processes, reviewing and analyzing claims to ensure timely resolution, and coordinating with insurance providers to follow up on denials and outstanding payments. Additional responsibilities include documenting claim statuses, ensuring adherence to compliance protocols, and meeting performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications

- Knowledge in END TO END RCM Process in medical billing. However, Dental billing would be preferred
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client

SLAs

- Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims
- Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality resolution




- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday US time zone
- You would need to manage your own transportation to and from work
- University degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies of the English language.
- 4+ year (s) of experience in a global call center, where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers or business associates who spoke English.

- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, claims review, and denials management
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for resolving claim disputes
- Proficiency with healthcare billing software and related tool
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a flexible hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
