About the Role

We’re looking for a trend-savvy, hands-on Procurement Manager with strong experience in women’s ethnic wear. You’ll drive design sourcing, supplier development, cost negotiation, and procurement to keep our collections fresh, competitive, and commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities
- Track fashion trends, customer preferences, and sales data to guide procurement.
- Source and onboard current suppliers, manufacturers, artisans, fabrics, and designs across India.
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate costs, MOQs, lead times, and quality standards.
- Identify and procure new designs, fabrics, trims, embroidery, and value additions.
- Work closely with Design, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to execute collections.
- Conduct market visits, competitor benchmarking, and fabric/trend research.
- Travel regularly to key sourcing hubs such as Jaipur, Delhi, Surat, Mumbai, and Kolkata.




- Maintain supplier databases, cost sheets, procurement records, and timelines.
- Be flexible to work weekends when required for travel or urgent procurement needs.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in female ethnic wear procurement, sourcing, or merchandising — mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes, embellishments, and Indian craft clusters.
- Excellent eye for trend relevance, design quality, and sales potential.
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and vendor-management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
- High ownership, independent decision-making, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
