Assistant Manager – MEP Audit & Facilities Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for MEP Audit and Facilities Operations to provide technical leadership, operational excellence, and strategic guidance for critical infrastructure assets. This role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with a solid focus on preventive maintenance, energy auditing,
and ensuring 100% uptime for mission-critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance Management
Conduct comprehensive MEP audits including thermal imaging of electrical systems, motor loading surveys, and ultrasonic flow testing
Perform power quality and harmonics analysis with recommendations for improvement
Execute chiller performance analysis, air balance monitoring, and AHU performance studies
Conduct electrical safety audits and detailed energy audits
Perform light lux measurements and ultrasonic pipe thickness measurements
Analyze electrical consumption and identify energy optimization opportunities
Reporting & Compliance
Develop, implement, and submit MIS reports
Maintain accurate records of all statutory compliances and initiate timely renewals
Track and report all activities, routine works, breakdowns, and preventive/precautionary maintenance jobs
