Role Description The part-time Coach role at FactSet is an on-site position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. Qualifications
Ability to provide structured coaching, feedback, and guidance that supports performance improvement and skill development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, listen actively,



and facilitate productive discussions.
Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching in a corporate or professional setting, preferably within financial services or technology.
Analytical and organizational abilities to observe workflows, identify development needs, and track coaching outcomes.
Comfort working in office in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with diverse teams in the Greater Hyderabad Area.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Finance, Psychology, Education, or Communications) or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with investment or financial data environments is an advantage, along with a strong client-service mindset.
