About the Role

Eventive Communications is looking for a talented 3D Designer who can transform ideas into immersive event experiences. If you’re someone who can visualise, design and bring concepts to life, while balancing creativity with practical execution, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

Design 3D event environments including stage setups, exhibition booths, experience zones, installations and more.

Translate client briefs into creative 3D concepts, layouts and mock-ups.

Collaborate with Creative Directors, Production Heads, Client Servicing and other teams.

Present concepts clearly and incorporate feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.

Ensure designs are practical, production-ready and aligned with project scope and budgets.

Create realistic and visually compelling 3D renders that communicate the overall event experience.





Support the production team with design specifications, materials and execution inputs.

What We’re Looking For

7-10 years of experience as a 3D Designer, preferably within the event or experiential industry.

Proficiency in 3ds Max, Photoshop, V-Ray and Illustrator.

A strong portfolio showcasing event, stage, stall and environment design.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work seamlessly across departments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Positive understanding of event production, space management and material feasibility.

Ability to multitask, adapt to feedback and deliver within tight timelines.

Experience in an event agency is a must.
