Job Title: Spoken Trainer

We are looking for an Spoken Trainer to help students for the designing & delivering engaging lessons to boost fluency, confidence, & communication skills, requiring robust English, empathy, & adaptability to tailor methods for diverse learners, assessing progress, & fostering positive environments using interactive techniques, materials, & technology. You will guide students on exam techniques, give feedback, and help them improve their scores.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sessions (group/individual) for various proficiency levels, covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational flow..

Create and implement effective lesson plans and training materials tailored to student goals.

Regularly assess student proficiency and provide constructive, actionable feedback to improve skills.

Track student progress and help them achieve specific targets, like exam preparation if needed.

Requirements:

Strong English skills.

Experience teaching English .

Good communication and teaching skills.

Patience and ability to explain clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
