Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and clinically skilled Speech-Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist to join our team at Thane, Mumbai and Baner, Pune.

The ideal candidate should be confident in conducting speech and language assessments, planning individualized therapy programs and delivering effective therapy while maintaining robust communication with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments using appropriate clinical tools.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapy for:
- Articulation and speech sound disorders
- Language delay and developmental language disorders
- Stammering / stuttering
- Voice disorders
- Aphasia and neurogenic communication disorders
- Dysarthria
- Autism and other developmental conditions
- Swallowing / feeding-related concerns, where clinically appropriate
- Work with children, adolescents and adults across different communication needs.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and modify therapy plans accordingly.
- Provide counselling and home-program guidance to parents, caregivers and patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, therapy notes and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Audiologists,



ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient management.
- Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality and ethical clinical practices.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience and support the overall clinical goals of Soft Hear.

EligibilityEducation:

- BASLP / MASLP / M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- RCI registration is preferred/required as applicable.

Experience:

- Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered.
- Candidates with strong pediatric and/or clinical speech therapy experience will be preferred.

- Good understanding of speech, language, fluency, voice and communication disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient and parent counselling abilities.
- Compassionate, patient and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
- Good documentation and case-management skills.
