Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Chennai. The Speech and Language Therapist will assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and communication disorders across pediatric and adult populations. Daily responsibilities include conducting standardized assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions.

The role involves monitoring progress, updating documentation, and collaborating with families, caregivers, and other rehabilitation professionals to support carryover of skills. The therapist will also provide education, counseling, and home programs,



and participate in team meetings and case discussions as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders.
- Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Communication Disorders.
- Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and managing Language Disorders.
- Candidates should possess skills in identifying and treating Dysphagia and related swallowing difficulties.
- Recognized degree or master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology & Speech Language Pathology, or a related field.
- Relevant registration or license with appropriate skilled or regulatory bodies, as applicable.
- Experience in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation in a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, with clear, empathetic communication with clients and families.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to ethical practice and confidentiality.
- Comfort working with diverse age groups and conditions; prior experience in pediatric or neuro-rehabilitation settings is an advantage.
