Job Title: Specialist - Quality Systems

Job Purpose:

Ensure that all parts/ products/ vehicles/ Military trucks meet defined quality standards and customer requirements by implementing effective quality control processes. Implementation and maintenance of robust quality systems, driving continuous improvement and achieving zero-defect processes while meeting customer and regulatory requirements

Education Qualification: BE (Mechanical/Automobile)

Experience: 5-10 years

Job Responsibilities:

- Administrative / Co-Ordination - • Maintain high product quality with minimal defects/rejections • Lead root cause analysis and implement effective CAPA • Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) • Successful completion of internal and external audits • Development and monitoring of quality KPIs
- People Related - • Coordination for Quality clearances for DGQA,VQAW, R&DE;, MSQAA, BEL, MOD, Govt PSU etc.



• Resolving Quality issues in vehicles along with other stake holders. • Co-ordination with TML on Quality issues in vehicles and making RCCA, CAPA for defects.

Skills:

FUNCTIONAL - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in quality tools

Sound knowledge of process improvement methodologies.

Experience in handling customer complaints and audits (DGQA, VQAW, R&DE;, MSQAA, BEL, MOD, Govt. PSUs) • Exposure to ISO and industry-specific quality standards

Robust documentation, reporting, and data analysis skills (Excel, MIS, dashboards)

Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality excellence

SOFT SKILLS / BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES - Leadership and team management capability with excellent communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
