Company Description Mediways Health Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health and well-being of underprivileged females in India. The foundation focuses on preventive healthcare, early detection, and timely intervention for common and critical health concerns. It also facilitates immediate surgical interventions for individuals who lack access to adequate medical resources.

Through community outreach, medical programs, and partnerships with healthcare professionals, Mediways Health Foundation works to reduce health disparities and empower women to take control of their health.

Role Description The Speaker – Medical, Nari Shakti 3.0 Health Summit is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi. The individual in this role will deliver medical talks and presentations at the Nari Shakti 3.0 Health Summit, focusing on preventive healthcare, women’s health issues, and evidence-based clinical practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing educational content, collaborating with the organizing team to design session agendas, and engaging with attendees through Q&A; sessions, panel discussions, and workshops.

The speaker will also support community awareness initiatives, contribute to health communication materials,



and provide medical insights that align with the foundation’s mission to improve access to quality healthcare for underprivileged females.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise in women’s health, preventive medicine, public health, or related specialties, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in transparent, accessible language.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills, including experience addressing large audiences, participating in panel discussions, and conducting interactive educational sessions.
- Experience in community health outreach or health advocacy, especially in under-resourced or marginalized populations.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, organizers, and volunteers, to develop impactful health programs and events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent) with valid registration; prior involvement in health summits, conferences, or medical education programs is preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to gender equity, ethical medical practice, and respectful engagement with diverse communities.
