Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Executive role based in Gurgaon.

The Sourcing

Executive will manage end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components. The role involves maintaining vendor relationships, monitoring supplier performance, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, engineering, and quality to align sourcing with business requirements.

Executive will also support cost optimization initiatives, track market trends for key commodities, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant standards. Regular reporting on sourcing metrics, purchase orders, and inventory-related inputs will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong procurement and sourcing skills, including vendor identification, RFQ management, and price negotiation.
- Candidates should possess skills in supplier relationship management, performance monitoring, and resolving delivery or quality issues.
- Candidates should possess analytical and data management skills, such as cost analysis, basic Excel proficiency, and reporting of sourcing KPIs.
- Candidates should possess skills in cross-functional collaboration, coordinating effectively with production, planning, engineering, and quality teams.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of manufacturing or industrial processes, ideally in HVAC, consumer durables, electronics, or related sectors.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurgaon.
